1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email at support@vorixauto.com if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Currently, we focus exclusively on serving our customers in the United States. All orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Zhoukou via reliable international carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS).

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (All Inclusive)
- Hassle-Free Delivery: To provide our U.S. customers with a premium shopping experience, VORIX AUTO offers DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping.
- No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price. We cover all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. You will not be asked to pay any additional charges by the carrier upon delivery.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
5. Damages & Loss
VORIX AUTO is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@vorixauto.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Shipping Address Restrictions
- We currently ship to the United States only.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions for automotive parts.
