    1. Return Window
    Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
    2. Return Eligibility
    To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
    • Unused and not installed.
    • In original packaging with all original parts, accessories, and documentation.
    • Proof of purchase is required.
    • For automotive parts: Items that show installation marks, grease, or signs of use are not eligible for return due to safety and performance standards.
    3. Return Process

    1. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
    2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the specific return instructions.

    4. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
    4. Return Shipping Costs
    • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the product is faulty or we sent the wrong part, VORIX AUTO will cover all return shipping costs.
    • Customer Error or Change of Mind: If the return is due to a "change of mind" or the customer ordered the wrong part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
    5. Restocking Fees
    We believe in transparent pricing. VORIX AUTO does not charge any restocking fees for returned items that meet the return eligibility criteria.
    6. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds: Will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method (including PayPal) within 10 business days.
    7. Damages and Issues
